Short about me

I am Rok Kraner from Maribor. In 2020, after completing the Computer Science Technician program, I got a job as a junior system administrator at LIT Transit (Ridango) company. In addition, I also have a Youtube channel that I opened in 2012 and still enjoy creating video content. I like to play piano accordion, piano, a little bit guitar and love listening to Hip Hop music. I am communicative, good and fair in teamwork, and have a broad sense of humour. Work

Even as a high school student, it was always important for me to be independent and achieve something on my own, so I quickly began seeking experiences and my own capital income. Through the student service, I found a job as a parking lot attendant, and later in the service and delivery of food at the family restaurant Pobreški Hram. These jobs gave me valuable experience in working with people and communicating with customers, as well as taught me how to solve problems that can arise during work.

After completing Srednja elektro-računalniška šola Maribor, Computer Engineer program, I got a job as a system administrator at LIT Transit (Ridango) company. My work involves solving various IT problems and working with servers and software, such as HAProxy, Linux OS (RHEL & Ubuntu), PostgreSQL, NGINX, TomEE, AWS, Saltstack,... In December 2022, I had the opportunity to go to Qatar (on-site), where I participated in the organization of a sports event FIFA and was responsible for the flawless operation of the public transportation system. It was a great and extraordinary experience that allowed me to learn a lot and get to know a different way of life and culture. My entire career is available on my LinkedIn profile.

Long about me

Born on October 1, 2001 in Maribor, I have always been very curious and stubborn from a young age. When I set a goal, I usually achieve it, even to this day. As a student, I wanted to be independent and earn my own capital income. Through the student service, I found work as a parking attendant, and later in food service and transportation at the family restaurant Pobreški Hram.

In life, I have had the opportunity to visit some interesting places and travel to different countries. I have visited Italy, Croatia, Austria, France with beautiful Paris, Qatar, and Tunisia. I also wish to visit London, travel to American cities like New York and Los Angeles, and visit Japan. Every trip opens up new perspectives and opportunities and enriches me with experiences that I cannot gain otherwise.

After completing Srednja računalniška šola Maribor, where I studied computer engineering, I got a job as a systems administrator at LIT Transit (Ridango), where my job is to solve various IT problems.

In the IT world, I have also had some successful personal projects. Here, I would like to highlight LSSRP (Los Santos Slovenia Roleplay) - a server for Grand Theft Auto 5. In addition, I have also created my own "mini" data center, where I store and manage my projects.

I am also very active on YouTube. I have over 3,500 subscribers and more than 442,948 channel views. My most successful video has over 30,231 views. I opened my channel in 2012 and started uploading videos of me playing video games. In 2016, I did a small "reset" of the channel, and to this day, I still enjoy creating video content.

I am also a musician. I play the accordion, piano, and a little guitar, and I love listening to hip-hop music. My musical achievements include performances with the group HAPPY OL' McWEASEL, a performance with the singer Alfij Nipič, and a performance at the Presidential Palace. I have been successful in music, having already made several successful performances, and I enjoy it.

Since October 2023, I also hold the title of dad.
